We would like to remind everyone of the importance of members and guests adhering to the dress code.
Proper attire enhances the overall experience and reflects the high standards we uphold. We kindly ask that
you familiarize yourself and your guests with our guidelines and dress appropriately in all areas of the club.
Please ensure that all swimwear worn at the property-wide pools is appropriate for
a family environment to maintain a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.

The Club at Horseshoe Bay Resort operates under a private club dress code
COUNTRY CLUB CASUAL
The intent of the dress code is to make our environment more enjoyable and help sustain the quality of membership
and standard of excellence upon which Horseshoe bay resort and club was established.
YACHT CLUB, Y BAR and CAP ROCK CLUBHOUSE
Country club casual wear includes cocktail attire, dress shirts, collared shirts, dress pants, dress shorts
(golf shorts, khaki shorts, Bermuda shorts) and dress jeans (no holes or distressed).
Appropriate dress shoes, fashion sneakers (not athletic shoes), or dress sandals are required at all times.
Flip flops are not acceptable for men or women. Shoes required.
Golf/tennis hats may only be worn in the dining areas until 4:00pm.
Ladies may wear fashion hats in the evening while hats of any kind are not permitted for men.
NOT Permitted
Athletic wear, athletic shoes, flip flops, tank tops, cut-offs, short shorts, tee shirts,
swim attire, flip flops, yoga pants and sweat suits.
POOLS/ DECKS/ LAWNS/ BEACH
Two-piece swimwear may be worn so long as it provides appropriate cover.
No thongs, string bikinis, offensive or revealing swimwear will be permitted.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Interpretation of wording such as "appropriate" is the sole discretion of resort management.
Service will be refused to any Member and guest who, in the opinion of resort management are not appropriately dressed.
